Rooms for rent are single occupancy. ADU units allow for single or double occupancy under.

• What is the deposit amount, when is it due, and it is refundable?

The deposit is $500.00. It is due after the application has been accepted. The deposit is refundable, provided there are no damages, the property is left in a great condition, and all lease terms are met.

• What utilities are included in the rent price?

All utilities and internet are included in the rent.

• What are the leasing options available?

We offer lease size options ranging from 6 to 12 months. Please let us know if you have any specific preferences or questions regarding these options!
