No, at Torino Plaza we only offer single occupancy rooms. We have separate houses for males and females.

• What is the deposit amount, when is it due, and it is refundable?

The deposit is $500.00. It is due after the application has been accepted. The deposit is refundable, provided there are no damages, the property is left in a great condition, and all lease terms are met.

• How much is the rent and when is it due?

Rent is $975.00 with all utilities included and it due on the first of each month.

• What are the leasing options available?

We offer lease size options ranging from 6 to 12 months. Please let us know if you have any specific preferences or questions regarding these options!

• What is Torino Plaza’s policy for animals?

Due to Torino Plaza being a room rental, we do not allow any animals.
